The applicants, (preferably 30-40 years old) should&nbsp;have been holding a university management position with managerial and personnel responsibilities no longer than 4 years&nbsp;and should have at least a Master\u2019s degree. Participants from South East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Middle East and Northern Africa are encouraged to apply.
