The funding period is 36 months with a monthly stipend of \u20ac1,500. DBU welcomes subjects of international importance, although the work has to be done mainly in Germany, and with a clear reference to the German environmental situation. DBU expects good German language skills from all applicants. The <a title=\"Applications for Admission into Masters and PhD programmes for the Academic Year 2018\/2019\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cfwt.sua.ac.tz\/ecosystems\/news\/applications-for-admission-into-masters-and-phd-programmes-for-the-academic-year-2018-2019\">application deadlines are 15 January and 15 June each year<\/a>.
