Mr. Mathew worked with the Ministry of Natural Resource and Tourism as a Tourism Officer with main responsibilities of advising and licensing tourism businesses of Tanzania between 2008 and 2010.\u00a0 He has excellent capacity to carry out research and consultancy work on issues related to political ecology and governance and management of wildlife &#8211; tourism resources, tourism&#8217;s natural resources planning and use, human dimensions of tourism and conservation, tourism businesses management and tourism influences on people, environment and development. Mr. Mathew carries out teaching, supervision of research work for undergraduate students and tourism consultancy.
