He holds B.Sc. degree in Wildlife Management from SUA and Master of Tourism Management from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. As a full time lecturer he teaches various undergraduate courses including Community-based Tourism, Sociology-cultural Systems of Tourism, Resort and Leisure Management and Human Resource Management.
