Blandina obtained Bachelor degree in Tourism Management at Sokoine University of Agriculture in 2013.  In 2016  she attained Master Degree in Business Administration (Agribusiness) specialized on Agri-tourism from Sokoine University of Agriculture. Her aim is to address how agricultural activities and agricultural products can highly contribute to tourism development especially domestic tourism being as foods and beverages to the hotels, traditional foods in cultural tourism and also being source of home-stay tourism; the coming tourists participate in agricultural activities as a part of tourism.She was later employed at Sokoine University of Agriculture as a Tutorial assistant in the Department of Tourism and Recreation to do consultancies, research and teach  Travel and Tour operations, Tour guiding and Resort and Leisure management courses. 

 

Currently, Blandina is pursuing Msc. Travel and Transport service Management specializing on Travel and Tour Operations;  expected to complete in 2019
