Doctoral Student Assistantship Opportunity in Forest Recreation Research at Oregon State University

Position
Dr. Ian Munanura invites applications from doctoral students for a graduate assistantship position in his lab at Oregon State University. The successful candidate will commence their role as a research and teaching assistant in Fall 2024, with a funded stipend and tuition. This assistantship will be dedicated to researching barriers that impede people from diverse cultural backgrounds to recreate in forest landscapes in Oregon. The selected candidate will be able to work in a dynamic team fostering more inclusive forest recreation in Oregon. We seek a candidate with a strong educational background, practical field experience, a solid foundation in social science research, advanced quantitative skills, and a proven track record of scholarly contributions.
