Master of Science in Tropical Forestry: Study at TU Dresden in Germany – the Cradle of Forestry

The Master course qualifies future decision-makers and change agents to develop sustainable forest management strategies and implement development-relevant interventions in rural and peri-urban areas.

The studies provide expert knowledge to handle manifold human-forest interactions and sustainable development issues. Its international orientation and socio-economic focus make this program unique in Europe. You will profit from the multidisciplinary international experience of TUD’s research scientists and lecturers. Today, over 300 graduates from our program work in private and public sectors all over the Tropics.

Admission requirements: Undergraduate Degree in forestry or related subjects

Course organization: TUD is Germany’s largest Technical University and 11 German Universities one of of Excellence

Begins in October every year, duration 24 months
